I had almost given up on selling my house in Bear Valley Springs as I had two other realtors try to sell it with no success. When I called Kathy, she was optimistic that she could sell it. She has a great "can do" attitude that remained throughout the entire process. She is a true problem solver and a very hard worker. In the beginning she told me that it would not be necessary to visit the house during the sale. We live about 3 hours from the house, so that was a relief. She handled EVERYTHING and only contacted me when necessary. It was a complex sale as there were tenants in the house that had to be considered. Kathy is a true professional. She continuously kept me updated on the progress of the sale and she was meticulous about processing the paperwork on time. She was also very resourceful in getting in getting inspections and repairs done. Communication is of utmost importance when selling a house. Kathy did an extraordinary job in communicating with the buyers realtor, the escrow company, contractors, inspectors and me. She kept us up to date during the process and made sure we all were well informed. I can truly recommend Kathy's real estate services to my family and friends.
