I have recently sold my BVS Properties management accounts to the Tehachapi Remax office! I am continuing to work with Remax to provide referrals for home/land sellers and buyers and investment owners needing property management. Serving Bear Valley Springs and Tehachapi since 1987 has been an honor. With selling over 700 properties and managing over 450 homes & condominiums in my almost 38 years of business many long-time relationships were developed which will always be treasured and appreciated.
Besides my BVS Properties real estate business, I was involved within our community as a past 14-year Chamber of Commerce director, chairperson for the Bear Valley Springs Equestrian Advisory Committee for 9+ years and a past Tehachapi Area Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee Chair.
We recently moved to southern Oregon. I look forward to a new career and new adventures discovering this beautiful state.
